The Most Powerful Choice in Each Moment:
I don't believe in regrets I believe in making the next moment that much better with the tool I gained from the experience. Life is crazy and at 46 years old had no idea what journey I was going on four years ago, the roller coaster I created that turned into a hamster wheel and somehow found a way to spin myself out of it. Deepak Chopra in a morning meditation once said, we have a powerful choice in each moment the choice between miracles and grievances. That is one of the most beautiful things I have ever heard and if you need to read it again. I have had a trying last 4 years but hearing that and actualizing it has made my life 1000x better. The biggest lessons I have learned are, trust no one but your dog, and your intuition. Never take handouts because what you will pay in waiting for programs for victims assistance, government program etc wont be worth what you get for the time you spent and you could have been working on something fruitful.
